As the owner of BidState Ventures, LLC (JD Consulting), Jennifer provides consulting and proposal support for government opportunities, assisting businesses with proposal writing, analysis, and investigative documentation. She also works with industry professionals to maintain high reporting and investigative standards.
Jennifer is a member of the Association of Certified Background Investigators (ACBI),
